Resolves JIRA: Migrate Topic Page Cypress Tests to NextJS

Summary

  • Deleted Topic page folder from Cypress/pages/topicPage
  • Created a new folder for topicPage under ws-nextjs-app/cypress
  • Deleted duplicated file getPathWithSuffix.ts
